3D Engrave

Roland's 3D Engrave software allows users to do engraving of objects that have complex shapes. The software controls the engraving functions of Roland's EGX and MDX series products. It is included with all EGX and MDX products.

Easy to use
You can design entirely within 3D Engrave, or import files from your own graphics programs and edit within 3D Engrave. 3D Engrave has been designed to be a 'point and click' program for most operations, making it very easy to use. It has all the key features you need to make attractive objects. The complexity and detail of the design is up to your imagination.

3D Engrave also sends cutting path instructions to the Roland EGX / MDX series machines, so it is a complete package from design to output.

Compatibility
3D scans can also be imported as grayscale images, so you can scan an object (including people) and cut reliefs. Scans do not have to be from Roland's scanners, so long as the file is grayscale BMP file. Operating systems supported include Windows® 95/98/Me/NT® 4.0/2000/XP.
