Rhinogold

Note: Requires Rhinoceros 3D. Not a standalone program.

Rhinogold is a jewellery plugin for Rhinoceros 3D. Using Rhinoceros as a base, Rhinogold provides tools for jewellers to quickly create designs faster than just using Rhino alone, and with additional technology not available in basic Rhinoceros.

Beginners to Experts
A wide range of tutorials including movies are available as well as direct personal training to help jewellers become productive in a short time. The variety of wizards automates the construction of settings and shanks among many others.

Accurate
Rhino is accurate enough to be used in industry for consumer product design, vehicle design and marine design. Files created in Rhino have been used to make tools and dies.

Compatible
A wide range of import and export options allows Rhino to communicate with most 3D modeling, rendering and prototyping packages in the market today. There are numerous file formats that can be imported or exported by Rhino, some of which include IGES / IGS, DXF, STL and 3DS.

Rhinogold can output files for 3D printing or CNC milling.

Accessible
Rhino requires a standard Windows based PC running XP or Vista.
